Ideas for improvement

I love HDR Creme and other sites for sharing our work. For many reasons, I like to share my work but I also enjoy looking at other people’s work since I learn and can improve. One of the best ways to learn is to observe others.

However there are some points I think could be improved with HDR Creme and I am sure other’s have noticed some as well. Let’s post them here and “vote” for those that should be made first.

- I would like to have a link to my site. That would make it a two way exchange, we give photos and content, you give us a link back. I know it sucks for page rank but am sure that could be worked out. We could link to our profiles on the site or other ideas.

- Please clean-up the old photos. The anonymous photos of the past should be separated out or filtered, that Angelina Jolie photo seems like spam to me – yet it is still in the top photos of all time.

- Index the “tags” from newest to oldest not from oldest to newest. Every time I go to http://hdrcreme.com/tags/paris I see the same photos again. I would like to see the newest photos since I shoot a lot in Paris and am interested to see fellow members who also do.

I like the new design and am impressed at the amount of work you have put into this site. Keep it up!

I agree with you and I’ve already fixed the tag order issue. We will also add a link to the website. I think it’s a good thing.
About the oldest photos we should find a better solution, as I don’t want to just erase them as they have been uploaded by users like you, but in the past, when the registration was not required.
