Colour blindness in digital photography

There has been some research into the effects of colour blindness in digital processing. In HDR image processing, particularly, its effects are more marked.
It would be of interest to see what proportion of present contributors are colour blind. It shows generally in the need to deepen reds in sunsets for example, before the shade seems “normal” to them.
Help is at hand however for any of us who do suffer, since recent gene therapy on monkeys has restored them to full colour vision – here’s a link to the article:
