Fake account and ratings

Hello everybody,
I have received some notifications about suspect ratings with the aim to win “picture of the day” (POD).

All of us could create multiple accounts (fake accounts) to increment the rating of a picture but THIS IS NOT FAIR.

I don’t like the idea to restrict ratings just for photographers with at least 1 picture in their portfolio.
An art critic can judge a paint without being an artist. Same way I can rate a picture without being a photographer.

So I’m asking you to respect other users, to be honest and not fake your rating.
