I drove one back in the day when living in Wales. 3 cylinder engine got horrible gas milage and couldn't go past 50mph. It was fantastic off road and great fun with the top off!

To me the effect fits the vehicle in that condition. Used to restore some Land Cruisers but never got my hands on a Rover unfortunately. It's all past tense at this point.. :)
