>>ABOUT THIS IMAGE>> Spent the later part of Saturday afternoon walking around the botanical gardens in the local hills area. On the way home, decided to visit the local lookout, but first a bite to eat at the adjacent cafe. Before leaving the cafe, the weather started to turn bad. Temperature became really cool. Grey and foreboding clouds settled over the normally scenic view. The distant city and ocean were looking very murky, and I couldn’t see the setting sun. I setup my camera on a tripod, and noticed that the air was filled with moisture. I stared at the distant clouds and tried to estimate where the horizon might be. Light rain, so I took cover, and re-emerged a short time later (using paper towels to dry off my camera). I was feeling lonely, as everyone else had retreated from the cold and wet. Would I ever see the sun again? Luckily, the clouds on the hill parted and I captured the resultant sight on my digital sensor. And then just as quickly, the clouds recombined, putting an end to anymore photo opportunities for the evening. The last photo I took, is the one in this image. :))

Frames do not add to HDR images. They only distract IMHO. Nice Pano for sure. Scale of city or town is too small to be effected by HDR as a whole. Great Sky and Effort nonetheless.
