Looks a little over sharpened or mabe white point high. Down load may look better.

A very strong leading line. However the branches of the fallen tree become lost in the background -- the flat lighting may contribute to this.

Great Phil, thought I had seen similar before....Too much going on with reflections & the trees in the background...Main subject is lost for me also, as per edwraith comment...
