Another take on this scene... the rain clouds zoom over Ashcombe, South Devon. In the distance is Dartmoor. Organic barley field in the foreground. Best viewed large. I posted photos from this shoot back in July 07... but I forgot to process this one...and it might actually be better than some of the others. This is a High Dynamic Range (HDR) shot. I think I might have now reached the limit of the Canon 300D and Sigma 28-135mm. New kit time is coming! There will be less noise creeping into my efforts next summer I hope. This is my office PC wallpaper. A bit too much contrast, which eliminated shadow detail. 7/10

Yes... there was a lot of noise in the output, so I went for artistic. Upgrading from the Canon 300D to the 40D has solved this.
