This is a historic suspension bridge over the Brazos River which allowed cattle ranchers to get their cows to market much quicker. It was constructed in 1870 and is listed on teh National Register of Historic Places by the Interior Department. It is a Texas Civil Engineering Landmark and is considered an Outstanding Engineering Achievement by the Texas Society of Professional Engineers.

I'm partial to bridges, and this is a good one. I might have been tempted to photoshop out the distracting cables and pole-light in order to draw more attention to the beauty of the trusses and the string of lights above the bridge.
