I agree with some of the other comments. I want to like this image more than I do. I'd like more saturation and some fix to the higlights at the horizen line.
Nice photo and good exposure, the rendering is a bit overdone in my opinion, thats why the sky got a grey cast and the treeline is lighter then the sky.. Try to put the Strength down and the highlight smoothing up in Photomatix.

Cool subject and well rendered. The sky doesn't convice myself, also the outline of the pine-tree. ( is the sky pasted there? mmmmm ) 7/10

Well rendered, indeed. Maybe slightly underdone, some(!) more saturation may increase the image. Also 7 by me
