Awesome print still! Love the clouds and the forground subject. I would have moved to the right and got Big Bend out from behind the art. Other than that... Dramatic!

The eye has too many targets and is drawn away from subject matter. This might work by getting lower and filling the entire frame with chaos, people and all. 6/10
