I really like the way the bricks and the roof look. I don't like the sky and the halos. If the brick building is the subject of the photo, you should have moved in closer to eliminate some of the building on the left, or at least cropped it a little close
I disagree, I like to see the building and its surroundings it gives the photo more structure otherwise it could have been a building anywhere. 9/10 from me

i don't like grey sky :( and i also agree with mil for the composition.. subject "in center" is IMHO bad.
