A perfect example of 'stuttered' clouds. See this: http://sihdr.blogspot.com/2009_11_01_archive.html for a technical explanation of how slow objects need to be travelling in order not to have their leading edges reduplicated. This effort is a FAIL. Bob

An amazing photo. This is a 10 for me. I would ignore those folks who are into "mental masturbation" and stuttered clouds aspects of HDR. This photo looks good. Leave the rest of the BS to the professorial bunch!

Well... a lot of controversy about this photo. Regardless - I enjoy it very much for its "failure" - contrast between fast moving clouds and very static boat. It reminds me my hiking trips (with the camera), high into the mountains and those clouds moving

Spot on? Didn't think I could fault it until I read the post about the clouds and now I see it. I love the image and apart from thos clouds stuttering it would be perfect. So - how do you fix those stuttering clouds? 9/10
