Dont you have such a thing as a preservation order in Germany? A building of that age needs looking after.

Kevin, the cottage belongs to a private family who wants to sell the area to make money. The city is "poor" (as they say ...) so it will probably end up as a top level condominium. Maybe I should send this image to Bill Gates and ask for support :-))
