Salle des chevaliers - HDR Photo
The Knights Room of the Gruyeres castle. I can imagine the knights in their shiny armors sitting here discussing their battle plan.

Although more than likely they discussed their plans here BEFORE donning their incredibly heavy, impeding, uncomfortable armor ;) Great shot!

Too bad the window is messed-up - great picture otherwise.

Yes the window and glare on the floor distract. However your processing skills are to be admired.

Rich color + interesting subject + beautiful existing light + a great processing = 10.

What window? That's light reflecting on a WALL, as on the floor. Perhaps better on a not so sunny day or a different time. But still, the beauty in this picture attracts me more than than any 'disturbences'

And look at the fireplace, the clear darkness inside, but still dark as it should be, would only be completely black on a normal picture.

The interior at the right side looks SuperB! Like the reactions before, i have to complain about the window and the overexposure on the floor.. The problem of the window looks like it could have been resolved with a separate tonemapping of the right expos
