Ooohhh... if that woman to the right could have disappeared before you shot that :D I like the contraste between the dull and grey at the top and the shimmering lights in the windows. It lacks sharpness and intensity, but it's a great one.

Nice mood in this image! Shows the need of a tripod however at this slow shutter speed.. A Tripod can make a good photo Great!

Thanks all. Yes, tripod would've made a difference. Also, I suddenly remember that I discovered my VR(Vibration Reduction) being 'off' ...not good. ...it was a very bad rainy day.
