Moving HDR - HDR Photo

Well I m quite happy to find again this site! I have saw quite a nice looking pics here!
On the photo .. where is the limit of the HDR photography? Well little by little .. pass by pass disapear!
Imagine: I m shooting HDR .. without tripod on the boat that is moving .. I m photographing another boat that is also moving? Well quite a mission imposible right?
Apparently not!
