This is a sculpture of a cow that is along the Merrimack River in Manchester, New Hampshire. Not sure of the meaning behind a cow because Manchester is an old mill and textile town. His name is Charlie the Cow.

Hi charlie the cow! Your coat is looking mighty fine today. This picture is good with the sign. With such a cool pattern on cow I might have done a close up with only cloud in view if possible.
