That is an amazing sky...Awesome movement in the clouds/ multi-layered clouds. Also I really like the old looking bridge and architecture. Should be photo of the day, or month or something.

I wonder what else you haven't told us about your photo here; again as said in your bicycle/house scene, you should inform others about altering your fotos. This site is about HDR skills, not foto editing and altering
