Great foto motive, pump up the contrast a bit, work on the highlights and it will be a clear 10!

It's a nice shot and the colors are great. It looks a bit washed out. Try duplicating the layer and setting it to multiply. Then bring the opacity down until you have some more contrast. And the image needs to be sharper.
