- NotesI had taken the picture near. I held the camera on a rail for 15 seconds. In order for me to catch a long exposure I had to add both a ND filter and circular polorizer.

Actually I did not climb up there. When you walk the bridge at the end there's a walkway that allows you to overlook the bridge. I wish I was that daring.
