on this bridge in Istanbul the Turkish men are fishing almost day and night. the fish they catch looks like something we in Norway would be used as bait. The fish are very small under 10 cm long

The shadows are unacceptably dark. Google "zone system" to understand to correct tonal placement of shadows.
