Nice photo. With reflection water not calm cropping would be ok. Then straighten and it could be great. It looks like the top of point is just cut off as well. Nicely processed and pretty to view.

If the intention was to play with the reflections in the water, the composition might be ok, but without cutting the tip of the building. Otherwise a good use of the "rule of thirds" giving more space to the sky would have improved the composition!
