I didn't see other photo. In this one I would crop off bottom with poeple. You need to get camera cleaned. There are spots upper left. Otherwise Amazing View and great details.

If not for spots this would be a Perfect Post for me. Great improvement on the sharpness and clarity from the first one. You're on the right track. Just get that Lens or Sensor problem cleaned up.

you can clean it up in post processing as well if you cannot get the sensor cleaned
