A fierce storm hit this beach. Reshaping everything we had learned. The waves washed away the sand dunes uncovering this old gem of a tree that had been hidden behind them for years. Somehow it still stands.

Incredible, Jenn. I'm going to have to walk folly beach next time i'm in HH. This has so many great things going for it. Perfect timing- the sun is almost gone. perfect subject- stark and strong, detail in the sand and on the dunes.... ahhh.
