Very nice. In this case because the foreground fall leads me right to pond an another waterfall.. I don't see the necessity of the flip here and would be a matter of what is pleasant to your eye. This is pleasant to mine.

I think the composition is great. I agree about not flipping but have not seen it flipped..haha. My only suggestion to improve is the shadows are to black by the trees on the right side. Loss of details

Composition is excellent, with the two mini waterfalls. Process is superb too, just those dark areas under the tree as Phil says. But I know how difficult it is to combat that problem.
