I understand that some might think this needs a closer crop but I'm a sucker for balanced negative space. Even though it's is not perfectly balanced, it's close enough. Also, I darkened and blurred the space left of the car in Lightroom to give it a nice lighting/sharpness contrast.
HDR processing in Photomatix
High-pass sharpening layer added in PS
Darkened and blurred the left area of the photo,
boosted the clarity of the car/headlights and boosted the color of the headlights all in Lightroom.

You were able to get 7 shots off with a Canon, and handheld too?
