Despite my subjective opinion on the placement of the horizon line, it's still a wonderful picture (and I SO want THAT lens!), and beautifully processed, and an easy 10.

In my opinion: subject - 10, composition - 10 (such placement of horizon line gives a better feel of depth in this picture, I think), process - 10. Overall - 10.
