Rocky Mountain High - HDR Photo

At 14,440 ft, Mt Elbert is not only Colorado's Highest peak, but the second highest peak in the lower 48 states. Above the tree line, wildflowers stretch to gather the sun in the thin mountain air. In the background is Mt Massive, Colorado's second highest peak.
