I know its overdone with the graininess but thought the subject needed it. The roughness of the tarmac and the wicked sky said B&W and grain!!!

Although I prefer colour HDR: this one is great! 9/10!

Great candidate for B&W but the negative space created with the street draws the eye away from the subject. 7/10
