In one corner of the cloisters at Lacock Abbey is the crypt. Three old stone coffins sit in the dark room on cobbled stone floor. It was a challenge to guage just how much light to allow to fill the room in the Photomatix/Photoshop processing. Too much would ruin the mood, too little would hide the wonderful stone walls and vaulted ceiling. Hopefully I got it right.

Be aware everybody that images vary in appearance enormously from monitor to monitor. I have seen this on three monitors and all look different. Some darker than others. Who sees it like it actually is?
