This is a combination of HDR and Vertorama stitching. The result is more-than-normal levels of detail (especially when viewed BIG), and enhanced control over foreground and background eposure/blending. This particular photo too 15 images to make.

Great light, nice comp. My only complaint is the horizon line in the middle of the frame. IMO you could have cut the upper third of the sky and had a better result. Nonetheless, great job.

I like the purple tones, but lacks sharpness, again I feel this may be due to the compression HDR creme does as I feel I rarely see a sharp shot on this site
