  • Notes I tried something different. I love trying new things. 1st photomatrix, 2nd photoshop hdr, then noise reduction. Photoshop hdr had ability to give much detail but caused some saturated or funny looks so I had to use only a touch of detail. Let me know if it's ok.

Many things to do in upper michigan. Water is very cold but refreshing in the summer. Many nice smooth rocks from ruff waters. Picture taken behind Point Iroquois Lighthouse at the Entrance to the St. Mary's River and the Soo Locks.

Nice details. But a different POV whithout branches on the left, would give a better photo. Also, a little more contrast. (only for my taste!)

I like the branches..they make a nice frame. Great clean work!

The clouds are the best feature of this scene.

Nice scenery - I've got to travel to Michigan sometime. One of the states I haven't seen.
