This picture is great! I think when you use smoothing to make picture have strong HDR look it washes out color. Try playing around with color/ or vibrance/sat in photoshop after to bring the life back into the picture.

Very nice place, but you should really try to play around with the colours, the pool has a bit too much, the rest a bit less colours.
