A beaver dam on Bear Creek. The creek is in the area Daniel Boone grew up in the late 1700's. For those who never heard of him, he was a famous frontiersman early American history. I have heard the creek got it's name from him hunting bear along it's banks. While Boone move away later in his life, his parents were buried a couple of miles away from here.
