Notes I shot this using only the existing room lighting... without a flash... at a higher ISO... to give it a darker, more sinister mood. Used correctly, camera "noise" can be your friend.

For those of you not familiar with the movie, "Westside Story" is about two rival gangs... sort of a modern day "Romeo and Juliet." This is my version of the story... using salt and pepper shakers instead of people.
The owner of the restaurant probably thought I was crazy when I asked to borrow all of her salt and pepper shakers... but if you have a creative idea, just go for it!
