Mmm I think this is not a multiple-exposure HDR image. I think it was made with a single RAW photo, because of the water. It's obvious. If you had token three photos the water should be blurred, but it is not. It's actually frozen

For this picture I can only tell you that I think has a good achievement in color and transformation! but can not be called a multiple exposure, because the water can not be as crisp and frozen in three exhibitions! So for the photo itself but the vote wa

In response to the water comments. I reviewed my processing. It was a threes exposures but due to blur of people I touched up spots with a single in post processing photoshop. I liked the water better still so I changed that too. I am still learning an
