I would rate this a 10 if the horizon wasn´t tilted.

Agree about Horizon. It's the First thing that caught my EYE. Otherwise a Beautiful Post
Nice view but a little too blue tonality for my taste!
This could have been a 10 with a little more eye toward composition and a little more effort to straighten the horizon.
