The Cathedral is one of the most magnificent in Harbin, capital of the most north eastern province of China. It was built in 1907 by Russian Army. It is now a museum. You can find introduction to the Cathedral here: The picture was taken in 2005 with only two exposure, 0,-1. It was not for HDR purpose at that time, otherwise I would make some more exposure. In Photomatix Pro, I push the temperature slide all the way to the left so as to make it a bluish image, and also tried to bring out the halo around the building to make it more dramatic.
