Canon 5D Mark II, Canon 16-35 EF f/2.8L USM II.
Handheld 6 angles each with three shots processed in Photomatix Pro, then merged in Photoshop CS5, distortion reduced in PTLens, noise reduced in Topaz DeNoise 5 and completed work in Colour Efex Pro.
