The the dessert ground is being level for future building projects in Dubai. This tree was left and was on a small sand hill before all sand was removed.

Not your best Harald. This is exceedingly dark. You've also got a distracting dust spot up in the sky (left), a big halo around the tree/sandhill and as already pointed out - the horizon is titled.
