Good process, B & W, not aggressive. Composition great.
The only thing that would change is down a bit the high light of the reflection in the water.

I myself am not very fond of landscape images in black and white, but if I'm going to like them they must have clear lines and the subject must be exciting and preferably also clear differences in shading, lighting, etc. so that the picture is alive.

personally I do not think the composition of this picture is the best and that the subject is not exciting enough to sustain itself without color. but this is my personal opinion and you asked for it;-) my longest answer today:-):-)
