Porcessing is excellent. However the beach wasn't all that interesting and building didn't quite stand out from the background (not your fault, it's the color). Nothing to suggest it was a restaurant...

I agree with thtl. Perhaps crop away some of the sand? Enjoyed your earlier Beach HDR more.
