Great composition and very good process. I think the left side is not so good.
it was just starting to rain as i took thw shot, thats why i got that big dark cloud in the top left.

Spooktackular view. To get rid of black cloud on left raise highlights smoothness in photomatix. It will lighten up nicely for you.
