Here's a view of the sunset photo I captured 2 nights ago of the fountain show at Bellagio. During the first 4 days that I was in Vegas, I kept paying attention to the sunsets taking place and each night I noticed the sun setting back behind the Bellagio.
Because of CES2012 , I was unable to be in front of Bellagio during sunset times, so I made sure that during my last afternoon in Vegas to allow enough time to visit this spot and get my gear setup. I showed up 30 minutes prior to sunset and had a chance to view a couple of fountain shows while I waited for the sky to turn the colors I was anticipating.
During the particular show that this photo was taken, I almost continuously snapped my shutter because I wasn't sure which type of fountain spray would make for a nice composition. I ended up choosing this fountain pattern because of the evenness and relatively low height.

One of my wife's favorite places on earth to eat is on the patio of the Paris Hotel behind you on this shot, sitting and watching the fountains with a great meal at Mon Ami Gabi. If you're still in town, check it out.
