I was walking around the grounds of "Old Faithful" shortly after sunrise and was overwhelmed with photographic eye candy. It seemed no matter which way I turned there were awesome shots I could take. I took this photo shortly after the sun began to rise above the distant horizon. I'm quite surprised I was able to capture this type of shot because 20 minutes earlier it had been extremely foggy and cloudy. Fortunately, the colorful reflections of the rising sun broke through the fog and clouds and allowed me to capture something so spectacular. This was especially appreciated since it was my last day and last opportunity to photograph the thermals surrounding the area.
