This is the small fishing village of Craill on the East Neuk of Fife, Scotland (Neuk=corner). Here there are several small fishing villages (Craill, Anstruther, Pittenweem, Ely). They are all charming and popular with artists, many of whom have residences here. Each year Pittenweem hosts a large art festival. Meanwhile, the lobster fishing community goes about its daily business, as it has done for centuries.
