Here in the USA, those guys with the pointed hats would be very suspect. The KuKluxKlan used to wear the same outfits, only in white and terrorized the minority population.

I admire your "Easter" series but this street shot is the best in my opinion. Somehow it reminds me Dutch and Flemish paintings of the 16th-17th century.
