I need help. How do I get the sky not blown out when shooting into the sun? How do you shoot into light sources with minimal glare?

I'm new to photography Oyster but.. shooting directly into the sun is a difficult task even for the pro's. There are several good books and tutorial's available and you likely could benefit. Nice dalmation btw..
