The idea is very good,but it is a bit too overdone. This way you get to muck halos and the colors are not clean.I can see what you tried to achieve, but it didnt turn out to well

Good idea, fun decor.
In itself, the colors are strong, which should lower the saturation.
Also, it would be better a few steps backwards, so as not to cut the car.

Even it is not the" perfect" HDR, I still liked the composition. good job!

Agree with other comments & yes depending what software you used to set saturation I would estimate 15% - 20% less. I can see you were drawn in by possibly the charity theme, very bright colours to attract donations. Also suggest you try shooting raw, far
