This is the old cemetery on Calton Hill in Edinburgh. It is a very strange place full of old crypts, statues and monuments. Some of the old crypts have the doors missing and the gravestones are exposed. It is open to the public to wander around (but locked at night!). it is a spooky place. I took this picture of a war memorial on a cloudy, windy day at the weekend.
